I think people need a more personal approach when it comes to doctors. I know i have a doctor which takes care of

my problems(vimax) and he is so

nice. He always knows me by name, he's friendly and i gladly attent every meeting.

All new moms should eat a minimum of 1,800 calories to insure an adequate milk supply for breast feeding. Postpartum weight loss should be very slow, no more than 4 pounds a month. Brisk walking, with your baby in a front pack or stroller, on most days of the week for 40 minutes will boost metabolism, mood, and burn calories. It's easy, free, and can fit into the hectic routine of infant care.
