Tips for Healthy Weight Management
Many years ago, society didn’t concern itself with weight management. The aerobics craze in the 70’s and 80’s drastically changed all that. Unfortunately, and oddly enough, although this exercise crazy society was created, we are getting more and more out of shape each and every year. How? Simple! Technology! Do not kid yourself; the technological advances we have seen in the last 20-30 years have made us lazier on a whole! More and more adults work in front of computers or are no longer required to do manual labor due to machines and robotics. Our children spend more time on their Playstations, Gameboys or in front on the PCs or TVs, than they do outside playing sports or running around. These changes necessitated a change in eating habits that just hasn’t happened for most.
For this reason, we are kicking off the new Health and Wealth for Life blog with our Weight Management Top Tips series. There have been MANY of these published all over the web in recent years. How is this one different? Sure, its focus is Weight Management, but it will also show you how so many of these same tips can and do affect one’s personal wealth as well! How? Pay close attention in the coming days, weeks and months. We will elaborate……Health first!

9. Choose Fresh Foods, Not Processed
