I personally lost 37 pounds in 8 weeks.. however that is mostly because I started riding my stationairy bike, and eating 1,000 carlories a day… however the energy and vitamins componenent came from JavaFit. I think the coffee had something to do with the loss via themogenisis.. how much? Unsure.
